No, I don’t get up at 5 am in the morning to go for a run. No way! I love a long sleep whenever it is possible. But nevertheless, I did a lot of sport this summer. I almost went to the pool 3 to 4 times a week for my endless laps. The weather in Germany was just fantastic. And I continued with Karate, even when it was our summer outdoor training, which we do when school facilities are closed during holiday times. After some weeks I had a great drive, lots of energy and a certain commitment.
