Moody Autumn days

DSC_1214b_sw (Large)Tuesday Vibes. Autumn represses the last sunbeams. Sad. I love swimming in outdoor pools and they are all closing right now.

Like everyone else in the world, I want to be happy. I want to accomplish crazy dreams, have an amazing relationship with myself, and be surrounded by awesome and loving people.

Socializing and the craziness of life takes a toll on everyone. But to sustain your happiness and keep your sanity, it’s best to take a step back from your world and be with yourself. We sometimes get so caught up in life that we forget who we are. We need to return to a sense of grounded awareness, rather than forcing our minds to be busy with worries, work, and future obligations.

Just close your eyes for a few minutes and think of all the things you are grateful and happy for. This could be your family, your assets, or your achievements at work. Doing this will relieve your stresses and clear your mind. Then visualize for another two minutes. Picture yourself being exactly where you want to be to reinforce motivation. Finally, for the last one minute, think about yourself in the most positive way. You will feel instantly more energized and ready to face the day. I did it this morning. It works. Just try it out!
